We would like to advise you of a significant change to the packaging of Troy Chloromide Antiseptic Spray 500mL, scheduled for July 2026. The current packaging (on the left) is being replaced with the new packaging (on the right). The display carton and screw cap are being removed, and a new barcode and carton quantity is outlined below. These changes are being made to minimise waste, improve supply chain reliability, product performance and align with our other 500mL spray bottles. There are no changes to the product formulation, ordering code or price. |

As of June 1st, STANCE ANANDA EQUINE COOL ENERGY (HAECE20) will be having a transition to new packaging that includes a new description and barcode. The new description will be Stance Equitec Cool Energy 20kg. The new barcode is 9342888000880
Please note that while the packaging and branding are changing, Stance Equitec Cool Energy will continue to deliver the same trusted nutritional benefits, including a low sugar and starch formulation (NSC <1%), suitable for horses prone to laminitis, quality amino acid support for muscle development, added antioxidants and probiotics for digestive health. |

Dear customer,
We would like to advise you of a change to the formulation and packaging of Troy Nutripet (1550).
The difference is the removal of Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).
This change has been made to ensure that supply of this product can continue in the market in the face of ongoing raw material supply issues.
Troy Nutripet is primarily an energy supplement, consisting of fats, proteins and carbohydrates in a very palatable base. It provides 1500 kilojoules of metabolisable energy per 100g. Troy Nutripet has the added benefit of providing multiple vitamins (B vitamins, along with vitamins A, D and E) and minerals (including manganese, magnesium and iodine).
The removal of cyanocobalamin from the formulation will not have an impact on this claim.

Rest assured, this is not a long term supply issue and we don’t anticipate any major outages. We encourage you to continue placing your orders as normal, and we will fulfill them based on stock availability.
SKUs affected by these supply challenges are our Beef, Lamb and Salmon products, across Rolls, Air Dried, Slow Cooked and Treats.

Barastoc 3 Grain Scratch Mix 20kg (110337) will be discontinued from early April 2025. Orders received before this time will be fulfilled as per current arrangements.
Barastoc Darling Downs 20kg (100711) is being re-named to Barastoc Grain Mix (402028). It is the same feed, with great new packaging and a new name.
We are encouraging Barastoc 3 Grain Scratch Mix 20kg (110337) customers to upgrade to Barastoc Grain Mix (402028). This is a complete feed, designed to encourage egg production.

We’re excited to share some improvements to our Proudi recipes. You’ll start to see Proudi products with updated typical analysis nutritional information stickered on back-of-pack, reflecting a change we’ve made to our recipes.
Here’s what’s changed:
• We’ve increased the ratio of meat in our original recipes to match the ratio we’ve used in the new flavours we introduced last year.
• All Proudi products now contain 97% fresh, human-grade meat, organs and bone, with 3% vitamins and minerals. Previously, our recipes were 95% fresh, human-grade meat, organs, and bone, with 5% vitamins and minerals.
• This change in ratio means all Proudi recipes are now suitable for all life stages, meaning they’re perfect for puppies, kittens and adult dogs and cats alike.
