Dear Valued Prime100 Partners,

As a part of our ongoing commitment to pet health and nutrition and following a review of our SPD™ range, we’ve updated our product recommendations for the Salmon SPD™ Fresh Roll and SPD™ Slow Cooked to be suitable for feeding to adult and senior life stages only.


This life stage suitability update follows a regular nutritional review, which confirmed that with currently available ingredients, the specific balance of nutrients in these recipes are optimally suited for adult and senior dogs.


You can continue to recommend our remaining range of diets for Puppies or Dogs of All Ages which are better suited for supporting optimal puppy growth.


We want to assure you that our previous life stage recommendations have been made in accordance with the established nutritional standards based on regular nutritional reviews.

 

You can expect our SPD™ Salmon Fresh Roll and Slow Cooked packaging to be updated and shipped in the coming weeks.

Dear customer,

We would like to advise you of a change to the formulation and packaging of Troy Nutripet (1550).

The difference is the removal of Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).

This change has been made to ensure that supply of this product can continue in the market in the face of ongoing raw material supply issues.

Troy Nutripet is primarily an energy supplement, consisting of fats, proteins and carbohydrates in a very palatable base. It provides 1500 kilojoules of metabolisable energy per 100g. Troy Nutripet has the added benefit of providing multiple vitamins (B vitamins, along with vitamins A, D and E) and minerals (including manganese, magnesium and iodine).

The removal of cyanocobalamin from the formulation will not have an impact on this claim.

Prime 100 Update - Supply challenges affecting our Beef, Lamb, and Salmon products.

Rest assured, this is not a long term supply issue and we don’t anticipate any major outages. We encourage you to continue placing your orders as normal, and we will fulfill them based on stock availability.

SKUs affected by these supply challenges are our Beef, Lamb and Salmon products, across Rolls, Air Dried, Slow Cooked and Treats.

Barastoc Darling Downs 20kg (100711) is being re-named to Barastoc Grain Mix (402028). It is the same feed, with great new packaging and a new name.

We are encouraging Barastoc 3 Grain Scratch Mix 20kg (110337) customers to upgrade to Barastoc Grain Mix (402028). This is a complete feed, designed to encourage egg production.

We’re excited to share some improvements to our Proudi recipes. You’ll start to see Proudi products with updated typical analysis nutritional information stickered on back-of-pack, reflecting a change we’ve made to our recipes.


Here’s what’s changed:
• We’ve increased the ratio of meat in our original recipes to match the ratio we’ve used in the new flavours we introduced last year.
• All Proudi products now contain 97% fresh, human-grade meat, organs and bone, with 3% vitamins and minerals. Previously, our recipes were 95% fresh, human-grade meat, organs, and bone, with 5% vitamins and minerals.
• This change in ratio means all Proudi recipes are now suitable for all life stages, meaning they’re perfect for puppies, kittens and adult dogs and cats alike.
