We’re excited to share some key updates to the Value Plus Canine All Wormer® range, aimed at improving in-store presentation and offering greater flexibility for your customers. 

Updated Hangsell Packaging – AVAILABLE NOW!

We’re transitioning the following products to a new hangsell card format:

• Canine All Wormer® 10kg – 2 tabs
• Canine All Wormer® 10kg – 6 tabs

Please note that there are no changes to the product codes, barcodes, or inner quantities.

Prime 100 Update - Supply challenges affecting our Beef, Lamb, and Salmon products.

Rest assured, this is not a long term supply issue and we don’t anticipate any major outages. We encourage you to continue placing your orders as normal, and we will fulfill them based on stock availability.

SKUs affected by these supply challenges are our Beef, Lamb and Salmon products, across Rolls, Air Dried, Slow Cooked and Treats.

Barastoc 3 Grain Scratch Mix 20kg (110337) will be discontinued from early April 2025. Orders received before this time will be fulfilled as per current arrangements.

Barastoc Darling Downs 20kg (100711) is being re-named to Barastoc Grain Mix (402028). It is the same feed, with great new packaging and a new name.

We are encouraging Barastoc 3 Grain Scratch Mix 20kg (110337) customers to upgrade to Barastoc Grain Mix (402028). This is a complete feed, designed to encourage egg production.

We’re excited to share some improvements to our Proudi recipes. You’ll start to see Proudi products with updated typical analysis nutritional information stickered on back-of-pack, reflecting a change we’ve made to our recipes.

Here’s what’s changed:
• We’ve increased the ratio of meat in our original recipes to match the ratio we’ve used in the new flavours we introduced last year.
• All Proudi products now contain 97% fresh, human-grade meat, organs and bone, with 3% vitamins and minerals. Previously, our recipes were 95% fresh, human-grade meat, organs, and bone, with 5% vitamins and minerals.
• This change in ratio means all Proudi recipes are now suitable for all life stages, meaning they’re perfect for puppies, kittens and adult dogs and cats alike.
